Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Tech To Thrive LLC (“Tech To Thrive,” “we,” or “us”), we value the trust you place in our coaching and consulting services. Because coaching requires a commitment of time, preparation, and reserved scheduling, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity for all clients. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1. Cooling Off Period
- You may cancel within 48-hours of purchase and before your first scheduled session for a full refund.
2. Refunds Before Coaching Begins
- If you cancel after the 48-hour period but before your first session, you may request a refund minus a $250 administrative fee.
3. Refunds After Coaching Has Begun
- Once coaching sessions have started, all fees are non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances (such as illness or emergencies), Tech To Thrive may, at its sole discretion, consider a pro-rated credit for unused sessions, minus a $250 administrative fee.
4. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
- All sessions included in a package must be used within six (6) months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions after this period are forfeited.
5. Unused Sessions
- With prior approval, unused sessions may be transferred to a friend or family member who is a suitable fit for coaching.
6. Refund & Transfer Requests
- To request a refund, cancellation, or session transfer, please contact us at support@techtothrive.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Exceptions
- Tech To Thrive reserves the right to consider refunds, credits, or rescheduling outside of this policy in exceptional situations, at our discretion.
