Applicability

This section applies only to California consumers. For purposes of this section "Personal Information" has the meaning given in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). It describes how we may collect, use, and share California consumers' Personal Information in our role as a business, and the rights applicable to such residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") requires businesses to disclose whether they sell Personal Information. Tech to Thrive is a business and does not sell Personal Information. We may share Personal Information with authorized service providers or business partners who have agreed to our contractual limitations as to their retention, use, and disclosure of such Personal Information or have been determined to be CCPA compliant.

We may collect the following statutory categories of Personal Information:

10. Rights of Residents of the European Union (EU)

For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before responding to your request, such as verifying that the email address from which you send the request matches your email address that we have on file. If we refuse a request under rights of access, we will provide a reason as to why.

• Right to access: You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. This right has some exemptions, which means you may not always receive all the information we process. When making a request, please provide an accurate description of the data you want access to.
• Right to rectification: You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Examples of required information include your phone number, address, proof of identity, and relevant details to properly evaluate and respond to your request. We will respond to your request within 45 days, unless an extension is reasonably necessary.
